Sally Lacey, a graduate of Texas Tech University, assumed the role of managing the day-to-day affairs of Houston Steel Equipment in 1998. As a results-oriented business professional, Ms. Lacey has instilled vision to achieve company goals and surpass production expectations while maintaining quality, safety, and customer service integrity through total quality management. Her management has led company employees to establish genuine rapport with clients, to quickly map out client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
